Multiplier event in France

The French multiplier event took place within a larger organisation of events: the Let’s Go tour in Britany. Out of the hundred events within the region, we chose to present the project in Rennes on the 2nd of February 2023. On that day, more than 500 students from CEC levels 3 to 5 visited the stands, led by their teachers. Other academic representants (of the rectorate of Brittany for instance) and some professionals were also part of the expected visitors. The SUSMILE stand was located within the AFT section, composed of a kakemono, a large TV, a monitor screen, two computers and two tables.

• The kakemono was used to catch the eye of the event goers, and to provide two large QR codes to access the deliverables directly on their phone.
• One of the computers was dedicated to the live usage of the game, broadcasted on the TV to attract students and their teachers.
• The other was running the multiplier presentation slides of the SUSMILE project, displayed on the monitor screen for me to present.
• One of the tables was used to put the computers and the monitor, creating a platform for both presentation and the live usage. A chair was added for the comfort of the persons trying the deliverables.
• The other table was used to present the flyer translated in French, the questionnaires, and the documents to sign.

There were three targets in that event, students, and their teachers, and secondarily companies and professionals.
